During this period, we verify your order, carefully package your keychains, and complete all necessary preparations for shipping. After your order has been processed, shipping typically takes 7 to 15 days. The entire process—from the moment you place your order until you finally receive your package—usually takes 8 to 18 days. Please note that actual shipping times may vary depending on your geographic location and other factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by the carrier or unforeseen events.

We offer free shipping on all orders. There are absolutely no hidden fees. The amount you see on the checkout page is the final price; you will not be required to pay any additional shipping charges.

You can use this information to check the current location and delivery status of your package at any time. We are not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by you. Once a package has been handed over to the carrier for delivery, we are not responsible for any loss or delays that may occur. However, we will do our utmost to assist you. If the items (keychains) inside the package you receive are damaged, please contact us immediately at support@cckeychain.us. We may request detailed information regarding the nature of the damage. In accordance with our “Refund and Return Policy,” we will offer you a replacement or a refund.

If your order has not yet entered the shipping processing stage, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@cckeychain.us. Once an order has entered the processing stage and is being prepared for shipment, it can no longer be canceled.
