Refund and Returns Policy

This policy applies to all products sold through the Cckeychain website. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

We primarily sell keychains. Each product is clearly described on our website. If you have any questions about a specific product before purchasing, please feel free to contact us.

  1. Order Processing

Once you place an order, we require 1 to 3 days to prepare it for shipment. You will receive a confirmation notification once your order has been processed.

  1. Shipping

All orders qualify for free shipping. Once an order is ready, it typically takes 7 to 15 days to arrive. Please note that actual delivery times may vary depending on your geographic location and other factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

  1. Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the keychain must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it; it must also be returned in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us by emailing support@cckeychain.us. In your email, please provide your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with instructions regarding the return shipping address and procedure. Please do not send back any items before receiving our instructions.

The following items are not eligible for return:

Keychains that have been used or show signs of wear

Items returned without their original packaging

Items marked as “Final Sale” on the website

  1. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to an error on our part, you are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item. If we shipped the wrong item or a defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking capabilities, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost during the return shipment process.

  1. Refunds

Once we receive your returned keychain, we will inspect it. This inspection process typically takes around 7 days. If your return request is approved, we will issue a full refund for the product to your original payment account. Original shipping fees are typically non-refundable; however, since we offer free shipping services—meaning you did not pay any shipping fees when placing your order—there are no shipping fees to be refunded.

If the returned items do not meet our return criteria, we will contact you to explain the specific reasons. In certain cases, we may offer a partial refund or return the product to you at our own expense.

  1. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If the keychain you receive is damaged or is not the item you ordered, please contact us at support@cckeychain.us within 2 days of receiving the item. We may request that you provide a clear explanation or photographs regarding the issue. We will provide a full refund or send a free replacement, and you will not be required to return the original item.

  1. Refund Processing Time

Once we have approved your refund request, it may take up to 10 days for the refund to appear in your account. The specific timeframe depends on your financial institution. If you have not received your refund after a reasonable period, please contact your bank first; if necessary, please contact us thereafter.

  1. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a keychain for a different model, please return the original item to receive a refund, and then place a new order on our website.

  1. Order Cancellation

If your order has not yet begun processing, you may cancel it and receive a full refund. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@cckeychain.us. Once your order has entered the shipping preparation stage, it can no longer be canceled, and our standard return policy will apply.
